Product Engineer
(Automotive and MFG Industry only)

This role includes Design and development of Automotive sub systems for passenger cars, in particular Interiors.

Design using CAD tools Catia V5 and Enovia PLM tool. Facilitate & Complete System FMEA for Safety Analysis.

Support Component DEMEA for Safety Analysis. Functional Safety Validation, Impact Analysis and Make Functional Safety Status recommendation.

Selection of manufacturing process and design the parts to meet the functional strength and life requirement.

Generate detail design and 3D models and production release drawings as per OEM requirement.

Co-ordinate testing, prototyping, validation of various proposals.

Co-ordination with Tech-Mahindra Offshore Design Centres in India and suppliers.

Manufacturing feasibility analysis and responsible for engineering solutions.

B-releasing activity in Bentley System.

Cost optimization of the designed parts. Drafting PDM’s
