Logical Personnel Solution are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering company.
We are recruiting for a Cost Administrator in Redcar, Teesside
Essential Skills
* IFS Experience
* Maximo system implementation experience
* Excellent knowledge of Excel packages
* Ability to deal with clients in a professional manner
* Good organisational skills
* An exposure to a very busy engineering department would be desirable
* Please note that if you have experience in Maximo but not IFS or vice versa full training can be given, however this position does require experience in a lease one of these.
The Role:
Working in a very busy accounts department, your role would be but not limited to:
* Administer and maintain cost control systems and procedures to track budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts.
* Assist in the preparation and review of cost estimates and schedules of projects
* Assist with forecasts and cash flow analysis.
* Assist in the development of cost plans and estimates
* Assist in the review of contractor and subcontractor pricing
* Assist in collating commercial and cost reporting on a weekly/monthly basis.
** This is initially a temporary role until Christmas, but does have the potential to lead into something longer **
