Registered Manager – Children’s Home

Location: Redditch
Salary: £52,000–£57,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonuses
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Are you a seasoned Registered Manager looking to lead an established children’s home with a proven track record of success? This is an excellent opportunity to join a 4-bed home specialising in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), currently rated Good by Ofsted.

About the Role:
This position requires a skilled Registered Manager with proven experience leading children’s homes to ensure continued compliance, care quality, and a nurturing environment for children aged 8–17 with EBD. You will work alongside an experienced interim team during the transition and be pivotal in maintaining the home’s high standards.

Requirements:

* Current Registered Manager status with Ofsted

* Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings

* Leadership experience in EBD settings

* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

Start Date:
Immediate availability preferred, with a supportive transition period alongside the outgoing manager and interim team
