Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment process, guiding candidates from initial contact through to placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Keep all systems updated by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans.
Write compelling job advertisements and handle candidate responses effectively.
Leverage various job boards to source qualified candidates for active roles.

Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
