Due to further, strategic expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for a Toolmaker to join them at their facility in Lincolnshire. Does this sound like the type of company that can offer you the secure career prospects you are seeking?

Reporting into the Tool Room Manager, the key responsibilities for your new role, are as follows:

* Manufacture of jigs and fixtures.

* Manufacture of test pieces.

* Setting and operating CNC and manual machines.

* Ensuring processed parts conform to drawings.

* Ensuring parts are processed in the allowed time.

* Ensuring all documentation is accurate.

* Supporting the area in carrying out alternative tasks, as required.

* Achieving targets, as identified by Tool Room Management.

My client is keen to find someone who is an experienced Toolmaker, who ideally possesses an NVQ in Engineering Manufacture (or equivalent). Regardless of previous expertise, you will have a good eye for detail, be dependable, by nature, and work well as part of a team.

In return, my client is offering a salary of £27,993 - £30,588, plus an excellent benefits package including 25 days holiday per year (plus Bank holidays), subsidised health care, personal accident plan, long service award, bike to work scheme, death in service benefit and a matched pension of 5%. Overtime is also readily available for those who want it.

The role is operating on a permanent day shift, with the hours of work being Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 4pm and 7.30am – 12.30pm on a Friday.
