Premier Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a prestigious law firm in Sevenoaks, seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their well-established team. This role offers hybrid working, providing flexibility alongside a supportive office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Conducting title checks, preparing contracts, and dealing with enquiries.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of property law.
Managing deadlines effectively while maintaining high client service standards.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing.
Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and relevant regulations.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently.
