SALES NEGOTIATOR– Residential Estate Agency

Location: Tankerton, CT5

Salary: OTE £27k

Position: Full Time

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join their established, successful independent Estate Agency based in the Tankerton area.

The ideal candidate should have some experience as a Sales Negotiator, be well-presented, well-spoken, articulate and have a genuine interest in becoming or progressing their career as an Estate agent.

A local candidate with their own car and good local knowledge would be ideal!

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

Previous experience as Sales Negotiator
Excellent sales ability
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of the Tankerton area helpful
Full Driving License essential and own car
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
