Junior MEP Revit/CAD Technician - London

SSA are currently working with a leading M&E company to find a Junior MEP Revit/BIM Technician. The role is located in Central London and will require the candidate to be capable of travelling here every day initially working on a specific project developing Stage 4C/5 Drawings.

Day to day tasks for the candidate will consist of:

Assist in creating and modifying Revit MEP models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Work closely with engineers and senior technicians to produce accurate and detailed drawings.
Ensure models and drawings adhere to company and industry standards.
Assist with clash detection, coordination, and integration of MEP services within multidisciplinary projects.
Maintain and update project documentation in compliance with BIM protocols.
Support the implementation of BIM workflows and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic Revit-related issues.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient design coordination. Ideal candidate:

Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
Software Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP (AutoCAD and Navisworks experience is a plus).
Understanding of MEP systems and willingness to develop expertise in this area.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Salary Circa £25k -£35k DOE
