The ideal candidate will have experience managing a residential portfolio of 200+ units, a deep understanding of compliance, and a proven ability to handle work orders and contractors efficiently. This role is perfect for individuals with exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Offering a hybrid working schedule, including 2 days working from home, a minimum of 2 years’ experience is required, and ARLA qualifications are a plus.
