The Company:

We are working with a successful regional contractor who, due to securing a number of contracts in the Manchester area, have asked us to source a Project/Contracts Manager to join their team.

The majority of the work they secure comes from private clients. They deliver varied and interesting projects including residential schemes for high-net-worth individuals, these can also be remodels or extensions. Also, taking on schemes in the healthcare and commercial sectors, with schemed generally valued to £4m.

The Role:

They have recently experienced controlled growth and are now looking to recruit a Contracts/Project Manager to oversee work in Manchester.

The role will oversee up to 3 schemes at any one time, each with a resident Site Management team under your direction and control.

The role will be split between their offices and visits to site and client meetings when necessary.

You:

They are looking to meet with local individuals who have experience working as a Contracts Manager for a main contractor.

Ideally you will have experience overseeing/working on similar schemes to those mentioned above.

You will be based in or able to travel to the North West of England on a daily basis.

You will have a minimum of 2 years working as a Contracts Manager for a Main Contractor, they would also be interested in meeting with ambitious Project Managers looking to take a step up.
