Hospitality Manager

I am looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Hospitality Manager to work in a modern, luxurious Nursing Home in Downham Market, Norfolk providing a home for people needing nursing, residential, dementia and respite care.

In the role of Hospitality Manager you will:

* Oversee all aspects of hospitality operations including ensuring a ‘healthy living’ food service

* Ensure that an engaging activities programme is being delivered

* Use your excellent people management and communication skills to provide residents with an outstanding experience

* Ensure that housekeeping and maintenance operations are at the highest level

* Have the satisfaction of working with and being supported by an enthusiastic and caring team

* Have opportunities to learn and develop your skills

For this role you will need:

* Previous experience of hospitality

* Excellent communication, motivational and people skills

* A genuine interest in engaging our residents and their families on a regular basis.

* Organisational skills with good time keeping

* Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and policies, like employment and health and safety legislation

* The ability to be flexible with working hours which are generally Monday to Friday 9-5 but some weekend/evening work may be required on occasion
