Role: Sales Support Executive
Duration: 18 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm (some flexibility on start and finish times can be offered) & (hybrid working - 3 days office and 2 days from home)
Salary: up to £26,500 per annum depending on experience

As a Sales Support Executive, you’ll play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Managing multiple orders from sale to installation, you’ll ensure a smooth and efficient process by staying organised, communicative, and customer focused.

Duties:
* Process sales orders in line with company procedures
* Communicate regularly with customers and account managers to address concerns
* Collaborate with the demand planning team to confirm stock availability
* Coordinate with the scheduling team to finalise delivery paperwork
* Handle invoicing post-installation
About you:
* Experience in order processing or sales support is a plus
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
* Highly organised with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* IT proficiency and attention to detail
