Job Summary: Quality Assurance Technician

Join our team as a Quality Assurance Technician at a well-established company specialising in precision engineering services for various industries. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's quality processes to ensure compliance with internal and customer specifications.

Responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Technician:

- Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) regularly.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Implement Continuous Improvement (CI) practices throughout the organization.
- Assist in managing and updating IRN, SRN, and CRN systems.
- Oversee investigations' outcomes and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Resolve any technical quality issues that arise within the organization.
- Support in quoting activities related to quality assurance.
- Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained.
- Adhere strictly to Health & Safety policies.

Skills we look for in a quality assurance technician:

We are looking for an individual with the following skills:

- Strong analytical abilities to analyse quality assurance processes effectively.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) is a plus.
