Warehouse Manager - South London- Circa £40K

A Warehouse Manager is required for an award winning Food brand in South London.

The Warehouse Manager should have a strong background in Warehouse Management, in the food industry, and should be used to an early shift.

Warehouse Manager Package Details:

A starting salary of between £38000 - £41000, depending on experience.
Pension including Company contribution

Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:

To manage, organise, develop and lead your individual teams.
To develop efficient areas in line with the site plan and key business plans.
Develop and manage performance and service level compliance measures within each separate function to ensure agreed site SLA's are achieved.
Development, management and ownership of functions KPI's, ensuring targets are fully met through the management and monitoring of teams performance
Develop the team to ensure a culture of continuous improvement becomes common practice.
Encourage teamwork and a supporting environment in order to improve department performance.
Develop the team using a coaching/mentoring approach.
