Customer Care Coordinator required for an excellent opportunity in Brighton. Salary circa £30k pro rata on a freelance or fixed term contract for at least 8 months.

Our client is a specialist contractor who specialise in construction and carpentry projects up to £10m across the South East of England working for private clients, Commercial clients and Local Authorities.

Due to maternity cover the client is looking for a candidate to influentially work with the Customer Care Coordinator for a couple of weeks before taking the role on solely for a period of 8 months, possibly longer, on a fixed term basis.

Duties will include:

* Communicating job expectations

* Responding to incoming customer care issues in a timely manner

* Following customer service procedures, policies, and standards

* Help maintaining customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team.

* General office duties
