An ambitious, high-growth organisation is looking for a Business Development Manager with extensive commercial experience! Along with a basic salary of up to £60,000 per annum, you will also receive an OTE of up to £90,000 and a company car/car allowance.
You will be selling innovative industrial and commercial sustainable cleaning solutions, expending the business’ presence in key sectors including healthcare, public sector, leisure, facilities management, education and janitorial services.
As Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Being home-based, taking responsibility for winning business in the North of England
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across diverse sectors.
Strategically planning and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Staying ahead of market trends and ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge and competitive.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with:
Extensive commercial sales experience.
Proven sales expertise, and record of success ideally gained from selling to the healthcare, educational or FM sectors.
Trained in new business development, vertical account planning and commercial negotiations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
