About the Role
Aspire People is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reception teacher to join a warm and welcoming one-form entry school in Kidderminster. This full-time position will be available immediately, and we are looking for a passionate and skilled teacher with experience in Early Years education to take on full planning and marking responsibilities.
Key Details:
Location: Kidderminster
Full-time Role: Monday to Friday
Class: Reception (EYFS)
Planning & Marking: Full responsibility for planning and marking
School Type: One-form entry, offering a close-knit and supportive working environment
Start Date: As soon as possible
What We're Looking For:
A qualified teacher with Early Years experience and a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Experienced ECTs are welcome to apply, provided they have relevant Early Years experience
A creative, dynamic approach to teaching with a passion for fostering young children's development and learning
Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Reception children
Strong classroom management skills, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
