EYFS Teaching Assistant – Full-Time

Location: Mansfield, NG18
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-Term
Pay: £90 - £110 per day

Class Mate is working with a welcoming primary school in NG18 that is looking for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners in their crucial early years of education.

The Role:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities.

*

Assist with phonics, early numeracy, and play-based learning.

*

Provide one-to-one or small group support as needed.

*

Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.

*

Work closely with teachers, parents, and SEN teams to ensure each child's progress.

Requirements:

*

Experience working in an early years or primary school setting.

*

A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (desirable).

*

A patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting children’s learning.

*

A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
