We are currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist/Administrator for our client based in Little Chalfont,. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional Opticians practice, where you will part of a dynamic, friendly, team, and will you will also have the opportunity to develop new skills and progress within the company. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic candidates that have proven Customer service skills (2 years minimum) , and a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service.
This is a full time position, and requires working on a Saturday morning (day off in the week)
Duties:
Answering incoming calls/Emails
Booking appointments
Managing Patient Queries/Questions
Interacting with customers
General Administration
Update CRM system
Handling payments
Skills:
Previous Customer Service Experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication skills
