We are looking for a qualified electrician with strong industrial experience who is ready for a new challenge. This role offers full training and development, with the opportunity to progress into HV authorisation.

Location:

Covering Solar Farm sites across Swindon to Gloucester, with some travel beyond the area when required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on industrial electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and associated infrastructure.

* Diagnose and repair faults on electrical equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.

* Work safely and in line with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, contributing to risk assessments and compliance measures.

* Complete maintenance reports and documentation accurately, with remote reporting capabilities.

* Manage relationships with subcontractors and ensure work is completed to a high standard.

* Take full ownership of assigned sites, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.

What We’re Looking For:

* Fully qualified electrician (e.g. NVQ Level 3, BS7671, City & Guilds 2382-18).

* Strong industrial electrical experience, with the ability to work on a variety of systems.

* Solar experience desirable.

* Ability to pass an LV1 safety assessment.

* Full UK driving licence (clean).

* Comfortable working at heights (preferred).

* Organised and self-motivated, able to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.

* A problem-solving mindset, with a proactive and adaptable approach.

* Willingness to develop new skills and progress within the role.
