This is an exciting opportunity to work for our busy and well-established client based in Stanstead Abbotts. The role offers a salary of us to £24,000, depending on experience. The working hours are 35 hours per week, 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. Benefits include; Holiday entitlement – 24 days per year plus Bank Holidays, Company Pension, Private Health Care, Full Car Membership and benefits. Offering Hybrid working once training has been completed. Our client would also consider an entry level candidate for this role.
As a Customer Service Executives, you’ll speak with new or existing customers by phone and email, giving them the kind of world-class service that our client is known for. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment taking inbound calls from members of the public and dealers about products/ services.
Responsibilities include:
* Speaking to our dealers, offering them support & ensuring they’re aware of all the great benefits they have available to them.
* Building sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication and delivering positives to our dealers
* Actively trying to retain dealers where necessary
* Website design using WordPress
* Go the extra mile to achieve increased customer satisfaction
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
* Identify Upsell/ Cross Selling opportunities - commission available currently attached to specific products*
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
* Working towards performance & quality KPIs
* Contributing to your team, reporting into your team leader to help achieve the businesses commercial and customer service
* Ad Hoc Tasks
As a Customer Service Executive, you may be required to undertake other duties or work at additional or other addresses from time to time as we may reasonably require meeting the needs of the business.
Skills required:

* A confident PC user, with an eye for detail and accuracy
* A passion for helping others and delivering a first-class customer service
* Ability to effectively communicate with people from all walks of life
* Patience to ensure each customer has a full understanding of the information we discuss with them

* Resilience and positivity when faced with challenging situation
