IntSol Recruitment is currently recruiting for compassionate and reliable Passenger Assistants to join a reputable transport provider in London. This role is perfect for individuals dedicated to providing support and care to passengers with mobility challenges. As a Passenger Assistant, you’ll ensure a safe and comfortable journey for passengers with disabilities, assisting them when boarding and disembarking the vehicle and supervising them throughout the trip.

Passenger Assistant Highlights:

* Guaranteed minimum of 25 hours per week (5-hour shifts, Monday to Friday)

* Split shift schedule: 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM

* Immediate start available with valid Enhanced DBS

* Opportunity to work with a well-established transport company focused on passenger care

Passenger Assistant Pay Rates:

PAYE Rates:

* Monday to Friday: £11.95 per hour

* Saturday to Sunday: £12.50 per hour

Umbrella Rates:

* Monday to Friday: £15.60 per hour

* Saturday to Sunday: £16.32 per hour

Passenger Assistant Requirements:

* Willingness to undergo and maintain an Enhanced DBS check

* Ability to assist passengers with mobility difficulties

* A compassionate approach and understanding of the needs of people with disabilities

* Availability for split shifts (7:30 AM - 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM)

* Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to passenger safety
