Location: Bothwell, Scotland
Project: £500k Industrial Refurbishment
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: December 2024
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Payment Options: PAYE, CIS, or Ltd Company

We are working with a well-established, family-run building contractor seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead a £500k industrial refurbishment project in Bothwell.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.

* Managing subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers.

* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.

* Monitoring project progress and quality control.

* Regular communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification – essential.

* First Aid at Work certification – essential
