As a Construction Manager, you will take the lead in delivering this complex project. You will oversee site operations, manage subcontractors, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure the transformation meets all regulatory and safety requirements.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience as a Construction Manager on similar projects
✅ Strong knowledge of change-of-use projects and working in live environments
✅ Experience working on educational or sensitive settings (desirable)
✅ SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
