Our client is a growing, technology solutions business based in Northampton. They are looking for somebody with the ability to understand a technical product, to join them and support their customers via email. The role will be office based and offers a nice environment to work within.

Main duties will include:

* Replying to enquiries from customers via email

* Basic technical support

* Assisting customers with new product applications

* Advising potential customers on products

* General ad-hoc administration

The successful candidate will have:

* Good written communication skills

* The ability to prioritise a workload

* IT skills and the ability to understand a technical product

* The want to work in an office role with a friendly team
