Single Homeless Project has an opportunity for a Day Concierge to join and work in our team in Kings Cross but you will be based across all of London. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working 37.5 hours and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,642.50 per annum.

About the Day Concierge role:

We're Looking for an energetic, compassionate and dedicated individual who is willing to learn to join our team as a Day Concierge. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all clients and stakeholders feel welcomed and included in the service.

You will play a pivotal role within the team by keeping track of all housing management issues across the cluster and reporting directly to the deputy manager.

As the Day Concierge you will be taking a lead in reporting and monitoring maintenance issues, boosting and monitoring rent and service charge collection which helps clients on their move to independent living. You will be working collaboratively within the team to improve client experiences and boost satisfaction levels.

In your role, you will be the first point of contact and you will ensure that everyone is offered a warm welcome to the service and given the assistance they need.

This is an entry level position and experience in the sector is not a requirement, however an aptitude to learn, teamwork and compassionate attitude are necessary.

Skills and experience we're looking for in our Day Concierge:

Possess good planning and organising skills.

Have a warm and friendly attitude and willingness to assist

Your approach is creative, analytical, and person-centred, rooted in a strengths and recovery model.

A non-judgmental approach to working with multi-disadvantaged / complex needs clients and to promote a strengths-based approach and an understanding of and commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion

Strong team-working and interpersonal skills, maintaining a collaborative approach to delivering service objectives across work specialisms.

Our attractive benefits package includes:

A salary increase after successfully completing six month's probationary period

A 37.5 hour working week including flexible working hours (core hours are 10am – 4pm) in non-accommodation services

25 days annual leave, increasing annually to the maximum 30 days (plus paid Bank Holidays),
