Project Manager Job in Ringwood – IT Sector

Salary & Benefits:

* £40 – 45,000 per annum

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Setup and chair project board meetings, planning and running the kick-off meetings for IT infrastructure projects both internally for the business and also for customers

* Capture customers’ requirements at the start of a project via a work request form

* Complete all project documentation including the project tracking sheet with the project support team.

* Complete Statements of Work (SOW) review meetings with the customer and seek financial approval

* Undertake post implementation review meetings with the customer to review lessons learned

* Managing and reporting on project timelines and costs, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.

* Ensuring project risks and issues are identified, managed and mitigation plans are implemented

Minimum Experience:

* Demonstrable experience of successfully managing IT infrastructure projects, full project lifecycle.

* Hold PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL, PMP or equivalent qualification

* Able to manage relationships with customers, users, internal teams and third party organisations
