The role you will be doing

* Looking after dispatch by making sure everything is running smoothly.

* Ensuring the safety and reliability of Pressure Testers.

* The running of paint line and steel dressers.

* Managing a team, making sure everyone is motivated and organizing work.

* Problem solving.

* Leading by example.

* Training staff members and providing support.

About you

* Have some Team Leading background.

* Experience working on a paint line.

* Hard working and willing to put your mind to new tasks.

* Open to a temporary position with the chance of going permanent.

* Experience looking after dispatch.

* Experience looking after pressure testers
