Role: 5 year PQE + Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Outskirts of Banbury
Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 DOE
Benefits: Support Staff, Potential for 1 day Hybrid and on site Parking

We are looking to speak with an experienced and qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Executive local to the Banbury area, as one of our national clients is looking to base a competent and experienced fee earner in their office, to service the new traditional residential conveyancing files that are coming in.

This role comes with the benefit of having your own dedicated support team members such as secretaries and paralegals, but it is imperative that you as the successful candidate can run a full caseload of 40/70 files.

The caseload will be traditional Residential Conveyancing matters, as there is a Commercial team on hand who deal with the likes of Plot Sales and large numbers of Newbuilds.
