Are you an experienced Solution Architect with a passion for enterprise-scale transformations? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our clients growing NI Business Unit, a leading global consultancy.

This is an incredibly interesting and key public sector programme in Northern Ireland for someone to really get their teeth into.

? About the Role:
As a Senior Solution Architect, you’ll lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable solutions that align with our client’s strategic vision. Your expertise will help shape next-generation IT services and drive digital transformation. While Salesforce experience is highly desirable, experience with ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms would be beneficial.

? What You’ll Do:
✅ Translate business needs into high-level solution designs (DD/HLD).
✅ Provide integration expertise, governance, and risk management.
✅ Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
✅ Work in an environment of continuous improvement with high levels of quality assurance.
✅ Play a key role in enterprise-scale transformation projects, with opportunities to contribute to wider UK-based initiatives.

? What You’ll Need:
✔ Strong track record in software project delivery and integration.
✔ Experience working on large-scale digital transformation programmes.
✔ Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to communicate solutions effectively.
✔ Active SC Clearance (or eligibility to obtain it— no 28+ consecutive days outside the UK in the last 5 years).

? This is a hybrid role, with flexibility across client sites, consultancy offices, and remote work. The role would be based in Belfast so commutable distance from there would be ideal.
