About the Role
As the IT Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the AWS-based infrastructure.
- Oversee deployment processes, system monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain exceptional uptime and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for scalability and efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled engineers, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance system performance and reduce manual intervention.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in Operations Management within a cloud-first environment.
- good knowledge of AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, and networking.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.
