Database Administrator - 6 months Contract – Edinburgh or Glasgow - £450pd

Change Digital are supporting one of our highly successful clients with offices across the UK who require an experienced Database specialist to join their established team to take responsibility of the maintenance and management of their database estate. The successful candidate will be expected to have a high level of technical competence in modern database platforms both cloud and on-prem and manage escalated support requests, routine maintenance, and technology projects. Skills required should include but not be limited to:

* Strong technical knowledge and skills in Database technology domains.

* Hands-on technical knowledge of:

* Windows Server 2019

* MS SQL (2019 preferrable)

* Azure SQL PaaS

* MS SQL Backup Solutions

* Automation Technologies such as PowerShell

* Experience of developing and delivering technical roadmaps.
