They are industry experts in recruiting candidates for the following specialities; Architecture and Design, Building Services Design M&E, Civil and Structural Engineering, Project Management and Surveying, Main Contracting, Residential Development, Labour and Trades, M&E Contracting, Social Housing and FM & Maintenance.

The Candidate

The succesful candidate will possess one or more of the following:

* A strong educational background with great language / writing skills

* Ideally 6 months minimum sales / recruitment experience (open to background of different industries of recruitment)

* Also open to people from estate agency / car sales / new business telesales environments

* A money motivated attitude

* Outgoing personality

* The ability to speak to high level clients / candidates

The Package

* £23,000 - £25,000 per annum

* Up to 35% commission (uncapped)

* Gym membership

* Lunch clubs / breakfast clubs

* Weekends away / company holidays

* Clear path to become a director from day 1
