Change Manager

Macclesfield - 12 months - Hybrid - outside IR35

change management & developing a strategy & associated programme for people development

The Change Manager has a key role as we transform the Clinical Supply Chain Operations to move from a non-SAP environment to S4HANA and specifically intelligent Clinical Supply Chain Management (ICSM)

You will partner with the business and the other project leads.

The Change Manager will develop a structured program to enhance people development capability in the Transformation journey across business areas, as well as ensure the key aspects are embedded in BAU.

Additional:

Experience in leadership of  projects to uplift planning and digital capabilities focusing on people development across clinical supply chain

Understanding the skills, capabilities, and behavioral requirements necessary to operate in our future digital landscape

Good understanding of both theory and processes of Change Management 

Exposure/knowledge of supply planning and digital capability across the supply chain

Comprehensive experience in all areas of the training cycle

Effective communication style and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives. 

Experience in developing, delivering, and coordinating functional and technical training
