Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee operations on a government project in Bicester. This is a long-term role, potentially lasting over a year, and offers a great opportunity to work on a high-profile project with consistent hours and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervising daily site activities and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard.

* Managing site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety and efficiency.

* Coordinating with the site management team to ensure project deadlines are met.

* Adhering to all health and safety protocols on-site.

Candidate Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, candidates must have:

* A valid Gold CSCS Card (minimum).

* A valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) qualification.

* No criminal record, as the role requires passing the following checks:

* Standard DBS Check: A disclosure check confirming the candidate has no criminal convictions or warnings.

Candidates must meet EL1 requirements, which typically include verification of identity, work eligibility, employment history, and references.

Pay & Benefits:

* Rate: £21.00/hr (CIS/UTR).
