Job Title: Temporary Online Customer Service Advisor
Location: Leeds, LS12
Hourly Pay: £11.89
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: 4 weeks (with the possibility of an extension for the right person)

About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible Online Customer Service Advisors to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for processing and resolving customer complaints using our online messaging system, email, and phone.

Process and resolve customer complaints through online messaging, email, and phone.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a customer-focused approach.
Communicate effectively with customers to address their concerns and queries.
