Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant (Aspiring Teachers)

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting class teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
Assisting with the management of classroom behaviour and helping students stay on task
Providing one-to-one and group support to students who may need additional help
Preparing classroom materials and assisting with administrative tasks
Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) as required
Actively participating in school activities and contributing to the learning environmentRequirements:

A passion for education and working with young people
A degree in any subject (education-related is a bonus, but not essential)
Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students
Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player
