Are you an experienced manager looking for a new challenge with a leading and innovative technology based company whose products are supplied globally?

My client is currently seeking a Technical Support Manager to lead their team of support engineers.

Day to day responsibilities will include;

* Motivating, developing and building your team of technical support engineers

* Providing a flexible and efficient response to customer issues

* Technical documentation to support updates together with training materials

* Occasional travel to customer sites as required .

* Technically astute with rf, networked or similar products

You will ideally have relevant technical qualifications (eg IT, Computer Science, Electronics, RF or similar communication based technology and have a proven track record in managing a team of technical engineers or technicians in a customer focussed role. Highly organised, methodical and with great communication skills, you will be used to leading teams and delivering high levels of technical support to a broad range of customers.

This role is easily commutable from Cambridge, Saffron Walden, Huntingdon, Newmarket, Ely, Bury St Edmunds, Royston, St Neots, Harlow, Bishops Stortford, Bedford, Luton, Peterborough, Stevenage and many others within Cambridgeshire, Essex, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Suffolk
