Are you a proactive and self-motivated graduate looking to kick-start your career in a dynamic engineering environment?
Our client, a local engineering company, is looking for a motivated Junior Service Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate eager to learn, develop their skills, and take on key responsibilities within a supportive team.

Monday- Friday 9-5.30pm paying up to £27,500. 
22 days holiday with a yearly increase
Parking on Site 

Key Responsibilities:
First Point of Contact: Handle telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Coordinate and manage service visits, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Arrange site visits for repairs, maintenance, and other services as required by customers.

Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing updates on service progress and addressing any concerns or queries.

Gain exposure to a variety of tasks within the service management function, with ample opportunities to learn and develop in the role.

Junior Service Manager qualities: 
Recent graduate, or someone looking to start their career in service management or a related field.

Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external customers.

Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
