Key Responsibilities:

Conducting inspections of streetworks sites to ensure compliance with New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) standards
Monitoring and enforcing safety regulations for both drivers and pedestrians
Reporting and documenting any violations or issues found during inspections
Collaborating with contractors, utility companies, and local authorities to resolve streetwork-related issues
Maintaining accurate records of inspections and follow-up actions
Providing regular updates and reports to management
Driving or walking to various inspection sites as required

Job Requirements:

Experience in streetworks inspection or a related field
Knowledge of the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA)
Understanding of highway safety regulations and standards
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to drive or walk to various inspection sites
