Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trader to join our team in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will have a range of skills and experience in various trades, including floor and wall tiling, plumbing, and painting. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic environment with varied tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality floor and wall tiling in both residential and commercial properties.

Carry out general plumbing tasks, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Provide painting and decorating services, ensuring professional finishes.

Maintain a high standard of workmanship and ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on-site at all times.

Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintain good working relationships.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card.

Proven experience in tiling, plumbing, and painting.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.

A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to take on various tasks.

Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential).
