A luxury British car manufacturer known for producing high-performance sports cars is currently hiring a VLM - SW & Electronics. The successful candidate will be responsible with leading the delivery of hypercar project and the special projects, for all the SW &ET contents, on time, on quality and on budget.
 
The VLM - SW & Electronics will:

Track and manage overall components timing (SW & ET specific ones)
Be responsible for vehicle level/cross functional engineering decisions.
Reach targets on direct costs, investments and supplier development costs, supported by the PL of Finance.
Lead the external engineering team fostering analysis and facilitating decision making.
Be accountable for managing budget within the technical area of competence (SW & ET)  
The VLM - SW & Electronics will have:

Degree level in an Engineering (Electronics, Software, Telecommunication)
High experience in Project management in Automotive projects.
Strong communication skills with experience working in international organizations.
Natural attitude to collaboration with peers, highly motivated and self-organized person.
Experience in managing indirect teams towards delivery (e.g. 10 or more reports)
Strong experience in software/electronics projects, for Tier1/OEMs.
