The Company

Our client is a well-established company in the Utilities & Energy Sector. The company has over 25 years of experience and due to recent contract wins is looking to bring on quality personnel.

The Project

As an experienced Pre-Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading all preconstruction activities for the construction of EV Charging and ICP projects across the UK from your remote location. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and preparation phases of EV charging and similar projects. This will include managing the budgets, determining project feasibility, and developing a construction schedule. This is a very senior role within the business reporting directly to the Operations Director and will be a long term freelance role - with potential for a temp to perm for the right candidate.

The role may also include:

Communicating and presenting a detailed estimates to Executive Management.
Analysing drawings and specifications to evaluate risk and facilitate win strategies.
Reviewing and assisting with proposals and other documentation to prepare cost estimates for various projects.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following qualifications as a minimum;

A Full Valid UK Driver's LicenseIt is also desired that you hold the skills & experience below;

Proven experience in a Pre-Construction Manager role
Proven experience within EV Charging and ICP
