James Gray are excited to be recruiting a Freelance Commercial Quantity Surveyor for a specialist sub contractor based in the Lanarkshire area.

Initial 3 month contract in a fast paced office with potential for longer term work.

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Hourly rate dependent on experience.

Start date: ASAP

Key responsibilities:

* Estimating

* Processing Payments

* Final Accounts

* Monthly cost and value reports

Ideal experience:

* Proven experience as a QS, ideally from a fit out background.

* Knowledge of commercial contracts such as NEC / JCT or SCBB.
