Production Manager North East Manchester

A successful brand in the food manufacturing sector is currently recruiting for a Production Manager to join their growing team,

You will report directly to the business owner and play a key leadership role in driving production efficiency, quality and team performance.

This is a hands on role which requires someone who can lead by example while actively contributing to the production process. You’ll be joining a fast paced, positive work environment with significant opportunities for growth as the business continues to expand.

What they are looking for:

* Proven leadership skills within production in food manufacturing or similar sector

* The ability to positively lead and develop a team in a fast paced production environment

* Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

* Knowledge or experience with HACCP processes and maintaining health and safety standards

* Ability to manage stock efficiently, reduce waste, and maximize production quality

The role is working Monday to Friday, and offers salary circa £40,000 - £50,000, company van and fuel card along with 28 days holiday, contributory pension and great opportunity to progress with the company as it grows
