Private Client (Wills and Probate) Fee Earner

We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Private Client / Wills, Trusts and Probate Lawyer, to join the busy Private Client Department of a very well-established, multi office law firm, who's head office is based on the outskirts of Coventry.

The role will involve:

Writing wills of various complexity using a will-building package
Writing Powers of Attorney and other estate planning documents
Attending face to face meeting with clients to take instructions
Liaising with clients.
Running/overseeing a caseload of Private Client matters including:
Wills
Probate
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Court of Protection (Deputyships and Grants)
Trusts
Letters of Administration
Liaising with clients and third party professionalsSuitable Candidates will have:

Experience of running a private client/ wills, trusts and probate caseload
Excellent communication skills
Sound knowledge and experience in the areas of wills, trusts, probate, LPA's and Court of Protection matters
Own transport and a full UK driving licenceThis is a full-time permanent job, working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Home working is available for part of the week.
