Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ganger to lead our on-site teams. As a Ganger, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of site operatives and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and report on performance.
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
Liaise with management, clients, and other stakeholders.
Provide training and support to team members.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Ganger or in a similar supervisory role within construction.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
