Caremark Elmbridge is a Home Care Provider with office based in Hersham covering Elmbridge District in Surrey. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is ready to take next step in their career and is currently working as Care and Support Worker.

Currently the position is offered as Part-time Care and Support Worker and Part-time Field Care Supervisor, both on Permanent Contract Basis. We are growing as a business and as a result now have a great opportunity for somebody who is passionate about care who wishes to progress with a genuinely caring company.

As a field care supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

Principal responsibilities:

Support and manage a team of Care & Support Workers
To be on-call in case of emergency
To maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator
Act as a link between the client and the office
Oversee care quality control
Monitor and supervise care service
