Crone Corkill are currently recruiting for a global technology business a role within the European HRSS Team

Hybrid Working Model 3 days office / 2 days home

Generating offer letters and Contracts
Support with HR admin/operations processes in and for UK and Ireland
- Create contracts, amendments, letters or any required HR documents
- Maintain physical and electronic employee files and master data in the HR-system
- Support with onboarding in UK&IR
- Support employees with HR documents, coordination of preparing documents, collecting signatures, providing them to employees and archiving them.
Collaboration with Payroll, benefits providers and support with administration and benefits enrolment

- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of and experience with HR Operations/Administration in UK&IR, UK&IR legislation/requirements
- Knowledge of and experience with MS Office (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR-systems, preferably Success Factors and/or Workday
- Previous experience with ticketing systems
Support with HR Administration tasks for the supported EMEA countries
Respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes, HR policies
First experience in HR operations or shared service model within EMEA region HR Shared Services organizations or in an HR environment capacity, providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders would be an advantage
HR or Commercial vocational training required, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, or related field would be an advantage
