We are looking for an experienced Nurse for their stunning Nursing Home Located in Shropshire with 70 residents

Role Overview:

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring high standards of clinical care. You will also take on leadership duties, assisting the Registered Manager and overseeing the home’s operations during shifts. Your responsibilities include:

· Monitoring and maintaining care standards

· Leading and supporting Day staff

· Ensuring residents’ needs are met and addressing any issues

· Preparing, updating, and evaluating resident care plans

· Administering medication and maintaining records according to guidelines

· Supporting the Registered Manager with care plan audits and responding to provider audits

· Conducting staff supervisions and appraisals to ensure best practices

· Ensuring smooth handovers between shifts

Requirements:

· Valid NMC Pin

· Previous nursing experience in a similar environment

· Ability to take initiative and lead during shifts

· Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care
